I need an invoice in my company’s name.

An invoice for your order will be automatically generated using the Billing details you have provided during the payment process. If you’d like to have your invoice issued using different details just check the “My business details are different than my billing details” option on the Payment details page and fill in the info required.

Is there a time limit for downloading a 3d model?

No. All successfully purchased models are permanently stored on your Downloads page and will be available for an unlimited number of downloads/re-downloads.

The 3d software I use does not support any of the file formats you offer. What should I do?

You can use the Request button in the "Available 3d file formats" table on each product’s page to send us a custom file format request. 
We do not charge additional fees for file conversions, but please, note that some 3d file formats might not be available for a particular model.

What are my payment options?

You can make a payment using Visa/MasterCard credit/debit card directly on "Furniture3dModels.com" or you can choose the PayPal payment option.

Where is the record of all my orders and downloads?

We record each purchase and downloads you make. Simply log into your account and choose between Orders or Downloads sections for more details.

I forgot my password or log-in name.

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “Log in” link and then fill in your email address in the “Lost password?” field provided. We will send you an email with your new login details.


What file format to download for the 3d software I’m using?

Please, refer to the Model compatibility chart for more details. In case you need a model in another file format that is not available you can use the Request button in the "Available 3d file formats" table on every product page.

What 3d file formats are available for "Furniture3dModels" models?

Most of the 3d models on Furniture3dModels.com are available in Autodesk 3dsMax v11.0 and above (*.max), Maxon Cinema 4D (*.c4d), Sketch-Up (*.skp), Blender 3D, Collada, OBJ and FBX file formats. For more details about file formats please, refer to the "Available file formats" table on every product page.

It is absolutely safe to use your credit/debit card. "Furniture3dModels" partners with https://stripe.com/ to process all payments. We never store on file your credit/debit card details. All transactions are processed in real-time using a secure 128 bit Geotrust SSL certificate.

Why can't I use my credit/debit card to pay with PayPal?

According to PayPal’s payments processing policies, some credit/debit cards might not be accepted in some countries and/or under certain conditions. As the "Furniture3dModels" company has no control over the payment process if you choose the PayPal payment method you will need to contact PayPal’s support directly to solve the problem or alternatively you can choose any of the other payment methods available: credit/debit card direct payment.

How to download the model(s) I have just purchased?

You can download your purchased models at the Downloads page. Please, note that when you log in the system will automatically allow you a direct download using the Download button available for all the models you have purchased.

Yes. You can download/print the invoice for your payment(s) from the Orders page where all orders details are stored.

How can I download again a 3d model that I have downloaded before?

You can download at no additional charge any previously downloaded models directly by clicking on the Download model icon or the Download model button which are available for all successfully purchased models.
Additionally, you can download again your models from the Downloads page in the Account management section where all your successfully purchased models and all past downloads are logged.

What do I do when I have download problems and my account has been already charged?

If you experience download problems, please contact us with the file name and we’ll try to help you or refund your payment.

What do I do when a 3d model I have downloaded is not usable (corrupt, missing textures, etc.)?

Please contact us with the file name and your concerns. We’ll refund your payment or will send you a download link with the missing or fixed files.

How do I change my credit card information and payment details?

You can update your payment details from Account > Subscriptions and then click on the Payment Details: “Update” button.

Do you offer any Subscriptions?
We are not offering any subscription module yet. We plan to offer one in the near future.
How to change my password?
After you log in to your account click on the “Account & Settings” section. Fill out the required fields and save the changes.
